“Food has always been a huge part of my life from the very beginning, however it was only in the last two years that I decided to take the leap from my corporate job and professionally pursue my passion for the culinary arts.

Completing an intensive and enriching chef’s training program at the Natural Gourmet Institute for health & culinary arts in Manhattan, New York was the first step on my gastronomic path. During my time in the US, I was extremely fortunate to receive training from some of the best restaurants including Jean George’s ABC restaurants to vegan Japanese Michelin star Kajitsu.

I now curate private dining experiences where I serve new dishes each time created by my constant experimentation with new flavor profiles, different cuisines, unique combinations, & varied cooking techniques. My zest for recipe testing & exploration allows me to present you with new flavors every time.

Growing up in Thailand, and originally from India, I grew up eating food filled with fresh delicious spices and herbs. Through the dining experiences I curate, I enjoy creating surprising flavourful combinations through a variety of cuisines including Thai, Japanese & Italian. Having lived in Bangkok, Hong Kong, Dubai & New York City, I love creating dishes inspired by the cities I grew up in as well as the places I have travelled to. Each time its a series of new dishes which will make your taste buds zing and all your senses will be in for a treat! “

“Celebrate your Senses was delicious, every single course was very very good. First time had a "fine dining" taste quality home cooked food, thanks to Priyal. Normally with eating, marginal benefit decreases but with her meals, this somehow kept increasing, particularly with amazing passionfruit gelato which was out of this world. Thanks!”

“Celebrate your sense was a fun new experience for me. The food was rich in flavor and each course had a unique concept behind it. It was exciting to know that these courses were made from scratch and were SO delicious that I wasn't able to choose a favorite. I would definitely recommend trying it!”
